REBIRTHING, KUNDALINI YOGA & KIRTAN

Retreat with Jai Hari Singh and Mahadev (@Sattwa)

Jai Hari Singh and Mahadev are sharing a beautiful Rebirthing (Kundalini Yoga) and Kirtan retreat from Feb 28- March 4 at Sattwa in the Hymalayas, only 45mn away from Rishikesh, India. Everyday program to deepen your Kundalini Yoga practice with Master teacher of Rebirthing, Jai Hari Singh from Mexico and daily mantras and Kirtan workshop with Bhakti with Master Kirtan player and artist Mahadev.

Sattwa is an amazing Yoga Retreat Center just near a river, affluent of the Mother Ganga, where nature is welcoming and inspiring.

Rebirthing and awakening during five days sadhana and joyful chanting session in a paradise of India. Through the process of deep meditations and kundalini yoga, he invites you to rebuild from bottom up. It will bring focus to your personal histories, ancestors, conception, pregnancy, childhood, teenage years and family relationships. Then he invites you to release yourself from unnecessary burdens of the past. In this way we can heal what prevents us from moving forward and prospering in life… It’s time for us to be happy, to leave our fears, our traumas and our sensations of panic behind.

This therapeutic workshop contributes to the deep transformation of the Self, thanks to the internal work through the technology that Kundalini Yoga teaches us, building a link at that very moment, with the heart and the internal self. And above all, this process will take us, at a subconscious level, to the mental, physical and spiritual space of “cleaning the house” from any sensation of pain, traumas, weakening of emotions which have not been adequately assimilated, frustrations, fear that dwells in us, anger that result from all these undigested feelings, depressions and “heart ́s illnesses”. All of which hinder literally the awareness of the present moment, because of the anxieties we experience all the time, and separate us from the sensation of the divine presence of ourselves. We will explore together our liberation through a process of rebirthing and personal healing, thanks to this ancient technology of healing our “Self”.

Mantra chanting (Kirtan) is a devotional yoga practice that helps to elevate the mind, open the heart and bring inner peace. It is the fastest and most joyful way to awaken spiritual energy and achieve peace of mind. Mantras are mystical universal sounds that resonate with our chakras and have the power to transform us by eliminating negative energies.

Mahadev is a Bhakti musician, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher from France and Switzerland. Trained in yoga and meditation in India and Europe, Mahadev combines the experience of Tantra, esoteric numerology with music, mantras and chanting to deliver an original source of spirituality of healing and happiness.
